Pay Lansing Library Fines and Bills by Credit or Debit Card with PayPal

The Circulation Department accepts payments of fines and fees by credit and debit cards via PayPal.

It's easy!
Watch the 4 min., 33 sec. demonstration video, or view the basic overview below. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit or debit cards. We do not charge a transaction fee. Payments are handled via PayPal's secure website.
  1. Visit http://lanspl.ent.sirsi.net
  2. Login to your borrower account. (Your PIN is the last four digits of the phone number we have on file.)
  3. Click on "My Account."
  4. Click on the "Fines" tab.
  5. Click on "Current Fines" or "Group Fines."
  6. Select all lines, or only the ones you wish to pay now.
  7. Click the PayPal button
  8. Review the total.
  9. Login with your PayPal account, OR use as a guest.
  10. Enter your information and submit the payment.
    After PayPal successfully processes your payment, they will send information to the library server to credit your account. During peak Internet times, it is likely this will not be instantly reflected in your account.
